Gobustan Rock Art, prehistoric cave paintings, Azerbaijan
An UNESCO-site located just south of Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan, Gobustan is home to some of the oldest remaining works of art in the world. Archaeologists believe that these pictures were linked to hunting rituals.
