Collection of celtic style costume jewellery
This image shows four vintage costume jewellery items. A shield brooch, two pins or bar brooches and a bracelet. All are set with a variety of coloured agate stone (cairngorm stone) and glass. The settings are made from either silver base metal or pewter depending on piece. The styling is of a celtic influence. The design on one bar brooch is inspired by the scottish skean dhu, a type of scottish dagger, as such it may have been worn on a kilt. The items have been photographed on a pale background.
