Clausura, self-imposed seclusion, in the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, a Benedictin monastery 10 Km south of Ascanio in Tuscany, Italy. It was founded in 1313 by Bernanrdo Tolomei, from an aristocratic family of Siena.
