Turkey, ancient Miletus amphitheatere
Ancient famous greek city Miletus aka Miletos or Milet. There is not much left of the ancient city. as a result of an earthquake in ancient times( born of Bafa lake), the city fell below sea level. Today, the agora is a romantic lake with snakes and ruins. Only the amphitheatere survived before flooding. Miletus was city of famous ancient philosophers: Anaximander, Tales. Visited as well by St. Paul.
